Refund policy

1. Overview VLCustoms is a retailer for third-party businesses and brands. All return and refund requests are handled in accordance with the terms below. Because we work with third-party suppliers, our ability to process returns and refunds depends on supplier approval and processing times.

2. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at ridgejameswoods@icloud.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a return.

3. Refunds If you would like to request a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refund requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Once your refund request is approved, refunds are processed in coordination with our suppliers. Refund timelines may vary depending on supplier processing times and your bank or payment provider. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Requests submitted outside of the stated time windows
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
