Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

While we strive to provide accurate estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or control delays caused by carriers or suppliers. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.
Shipping Carriers Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on the supplier fulfilling your order.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at ridgejameswoods@icloud.com and we will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
